Since 1999 Arlen Company and Royal Distributing has been the New England distibutor of NUFORM Building Systems TM (formerly known as Royal Building Systems TM, or RBS). The CONFORM wall system is a extruded plastic, stay-in-place concrete form. The panels come in approximately 3' foot widths, and are made in a variety of sizes: 4", 6", 8", and 8"insulated.
The components have solid, interlocking groves that run along the edges, enabling the panels to slide together, creating an interconnected wall. They are erected by crane, and slid together, then braced to the ground until they are filled with concrete.
The concrete and polymer that forms the wall is strong enough to withstand extreme elements, such as high wind, heat, and cold.The final result is a permanent, pre-finished concrete wall that will not deteriorate, needs no painting, and is virtually maintenance free, inside and out!
